Shoaib Sultan Khan visit to Local Support Organizations

Mr. Shoaib Sultan Khan, the founder of RSP movement in Pakistan, visited Local Support Organizations (LSOs) in Nowshera and Charsadda Districts and met Community Investment Funds members, Entrepreneurs and Value Chain members. He described what he saw as an excellent example of women empowerment and poverty alleviation. He was accompanied by Chairperson SRSP Mrs Munawar Humayun Khan and CEO SRSP Masood Ul Mulk along with others. 











Take A Child to School

In District Haripur Union Council Pind Kamal Khan Volunteers (Youth) received rewards for the enrollment of out of school children in the Government Primary schools under “Take a Child to School” (TACS) project. British Council verified the enrollment done by the volunteers through third party. SRSP identified these youth volunteers through LSOs, and Local Communities and built their capacities through capacity building training. These volunteers identified out of schools children through Household survey and conducted awareness session on Article 25-A with parents and local communities and enrolled the identified out of schools children in Govt. Primary Schools, At the end the cheques were distributed among the volunteers against verified enrollment in the event. The is funded by British Council and implemented by SRSP



Honey Marketing and Value Addition

Recently an advanced training of "Honey Marketing and Value addition" under “Aid to Uprooted People” project was conducted in Peshawar. 27 honey bee farmers from District Khyber were trained on Wax Products, Pollen Collection, Royal Jelly Extraction, Packaging and Marketing. They also participated in National Exhibition organized by RSPN in Islamabad. The training was organized under “Aid to Uprooted People” project, which is funded by the European Union (EU) financed through KFW.
