39 Schools to be rehabilitated under DFID

Financial assistance from DFID improves school facilities in 379 schools of district Nowshera, Buner, Haripur, D.I Khan and Laki Marwat. The project will complete rehabilitation and minor repair work during 6 months in these schools. Inauguration ceremony of Government Girls Primary school Dheri Sikandarpur was held in Haripur attended by DFID and Government representatives.
The project is implemented by SRSP.








Remote Chitral Arandu Valley gets access to social services

Arandu valley in Chitral, situated at the Pak-Afghan border celebrated the ground breaking ceremony of Rehabilitation work in 16 schools, construction of 16Km link road and a Business Centre projects being implemented by SRSP with assistance of PATRIP Foundation, supported by the Government of Germany. The projects will built-up innovative developments for the people living on the border areas. The event was attended by Major General Amir Ali Awan GOC 17 Division, Commandant Chitral Scouts, Assistant Commissioner Chitral, District Education Officer (Female) Chitral, Hundreds of Community and Civil Society members at Domel Nisar fort Chitral.










International Women Day Celebration

UNDP and SRSP celebrated the resilience and endurance of women from KP and FATA on the International Women's Day. The event included representation of women from FATA and different walks of life who came together to reiterate their commitment to improving women's lives.

Resilience of Tribal People Admirable (Shoaib Sultan Khan)

Chairman RSP Network Shoaib Sultan Khan, Chairperson BOD SRSP and management visited Kurram and Khyber agency to meet local communities and see some of the ongoing interventions under various projects implemented by SRSP in FATA. During the visit they attended Network (LSO) oath taking ceremony and saw community managed schemes. Political Administration Kurram and Khyber Agency participated in the events. SRSP would like to thank all partners and the government of Pakistan particularly the political administration and the local formations for their support in our endeavors to help FATA citizen in rebuilding their lives.
