Creating Market Opportunities for Women of FATA

Handmade embroidery made by women of South Waziristan Agency was displayed in a national level exhibition held in Islamabad. The basic idea was to promote and encourage the skilled women and their local handmade embroidery work at national level. It was also an opportunity to create market linkages with costumers and buyers. These women were trained by SRSP under a four years project funded by the Government of Germany and financed by KfW to support Reintegration and Rehabilitation for Temporarily Displaced Persons (TDPs) in FATA.
