260 households in 3 of the remotest villages of upper Bara (Khyber Agency) inaugurate the construction of community-managed infrastructure projects. Local people have come together to mobilise collective action and rebuild 3 drinking water supply schemes (DWSS). The total cost of these projects is 7,129,251 PKR and will be completed in 3 months. The initiative is taken under a four years project funded by the Government of Germany and financed by KfW to support Reintegration and Rehabilitation for Temporarily Displaced Persons (TDPs) in FATA.
The project is implemented by SRSP with the support extended by FATA secretariat.
